Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking an HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic sparring partner for department leadership, advising on workforce planning, talent, performance, employee relations and organizational change.

You’ll translate business and HR strategy into concrete initiatives, use data to drive decisions, and coach managers through complex people topics while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a hybrid Netherlands setting.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable advisory HR role.
• Evidence-based and structured: data becomes decision-relevant insight, plans have owners and milestones.
• Knowledge of performance and talent management and employee relations; apply frameworks with judgment, not just by the book.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders constructively and hold the line on agreed standards.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
