Kramp Groep B.V. is seeking a Performance Management Lead to strengthen Europe-wide performance and growth culture. You will connect strategy to daily work, drive goal setting, feedback and development conversations, and embed a scalable Performance Management framework across Kramp.

You will collaborate with OD, TA&OD and HR teams, ensuring systems like Workday support efficient processes and data-driven improvements while building capability across managers and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Management within an international organisation.
• Experience in a matrix environment and in implementing performance management.
• Ability to translate a Performance Management approach into practical processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kramp’s Performance Management agenda across Kramp in Europe.
• Strengthen the connection between strategy, team priorities and individual goals.
• Ensure high-quality goal setting, feedback, performance and development conversations.
• Build capability across managers, employees and HR for Performance Management.
