Kramp Groep B.V. is seeking an HR Business Partner to shape and execute the people and organization agenda alongside a VP and Management Team. You will blend strategic organization and talent topics with day-to-day support for managers, owning HR topics from inquiry to resolution.

You will lead employee relations cases end-to-end, drive organizational change, and collaborate with CoEs, HR Operations and Recruitment to deliver results with accountability and ownership.

Competenze

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch Labour Law.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.

Mansioni

• Partner with VP and Management Team to translate business strategy into organization, leadership, talent and people priorities.
• Provide constructive challenge and use insights to strengthen decision-making.
• Advise managers across the full employee lifecycle, including performance, development, reward and day-to-day people matters.
• Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including sickness, performance and complex matters.
• Lead people side of organizational change, including organization design and restructurings.
• Own HR topics through to completion with cross-functional coordination.
• Work with CoEs, Cluster HR, Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Share insights and drive cross-functional HR topics.
