Job summary

7people in Amsterdam West is seeking a Recruitment Partner HR (Interim, Perm & Executive Search) for a hybrid role. You will recruit for senior HR positions, from HRBP and People Lead to CHRO, mostly permanent and executive search, with interim work when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong networking and outreach skills to identify senior HR professionals.
• Based in the Netherlands and eligible to work there; English fluent; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a network of senior HR professionals as clients and candidates.
• Source, interview and present strong longlists and shortlists.
• Partner with clients to scope roles and share market intelligence.
• Help grow 7people by expanding client base.
• Attend events and leverage newsletters to build network.
