Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong commercial mindset with client-network development experience.
- Proactively reaching out to new contacts on a regular basis.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
- Excellent planning skills to manage multiple assignments.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build a network of senior HR professionals and HR leaders.
- Source candidates for permanent roles using varied methods.
- Pre-screen and interview candidates; present strong longlists and shortlists.
- Advise clients on the best HR profiles and market trends.
- Help expand 7people's client base through delivering great results.
