Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Amsterdam to own recruitment for a key business area. You will partner with directors, HRBPs and hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies and building proactive talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in a complex, fast-changing organization.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and selection expertise.
• Extensive experience conducting interviews and guiding high-quality hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining quality and oversight.
• Business-partnering mindset: you understand the wider need behind a vacancy.
• Confidently advising and challenging managers, directors, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach: you take ownership and drive progress.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for your business area.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, directors, leadership teams, and HR Business Partners.
• Understand the business behind each vacancy and translate its needs into effective recruitment strategies.
• Anticipate future hiring needs and develop relevant talent pipelines.
• Actively source and engage talent for current and future roles.
• Advise and challenge stakeholders on role profiles, selection methods, and hiring decisions.
• Conduct interviews and drive consistent, competency-based selection.
• Use talent data and market insights to support better decisions.
• Contribute to the continued development of our Talent Acquisition strategy and ways of working.
