Job summary

7people is seeking an interim People Partner for a hospitality company based in Amsterdam. This role is hybrid and part-time (32 hours per week), starting ASAP, for a minimum of four months.

You’ll act as sparring partner for the Support Hub (~250 people) across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT, and People, guiding HR initiatives in a fast-changing environment. You’ll advise senior leaders, manage change, and help roll out topics such as pay transparency and salary cycles while

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a People Partner.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable advising senior leaders.
• Experienced in managing people through change.

Responsibilities

• Strategically advising and challenging senior leaders—building trust while pushing back when needed.
• Support rollout of HR topics such as Pay Transparency, salary cycle, and performance initiatives.
• Spot trends in requests from leaders and translate into improvements.
• Handle complex cases and grievances as needed.
• Assist in setting up a works council.
