The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support GTM and sales hiring across EMEA with a hybrid pattern in Amsterdam. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and optimise processes to deliver high-quality hires quickly in a fast-paced client environment.

With 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and a proven GTM/sales track record, you will source top talent, manage stakeholders, and drive strategy for the next 12 months.

• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools.

Hybrid in Amsterdam

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Amsterdam (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
