Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for GTM and sales across EMEA from Amsterdam. This 12-month hybrid fixed-term contract includes three days in the Amsterdam office and a close partnership with business leaders to source top talent quickly and with a quality focus.

You will own sourcing strategies, manage stakeholders, improve processes, and deliver strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment across GTM/Sales
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive decisions
• Hands-on sourcing across passive and active talent pools

Responsibilities
