Job summary

Eye Security seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x) to shape Europe-wide hiring, partnering with managers to build a scalable TA function. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for tech and business roles, improve processes, and drive employer branding with a data-driven approach.

You’ll join a hybrid team in The Hague, collaborating with leaders across Europe to elevate recruitment quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Substantial talent acquisition experience in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
• Strong business-partner capabilities with Hiring Managers and leaders.
• Sourcing-oriented with ability to map talent markets and engage passive candidates.
• Metrics-driven approach; track, report, and act on recruiting performance.
• Builder mindset; designs or improves processes and scales functions.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication across levels in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs and shape hiring strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles with focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Design and improve recruitment processes including structured interviews and assessments.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Use data and market insights to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Lead initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, e.g., employer branding and TA tooling.
