Under Armour, Amsterdam, NL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - EMEA to coordinate multi-country interviews, source and screen candidates for retail openings and corporate roles, and support TA projects across EMEA.

The role requires 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination, strong scheduling across time zones, and proficiency with ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) and tools like Outlook and Paradox; hybrid 4 days in-office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.
• Proven scheduling across multiple time zones (EMEA required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and scheduling tools (Outlook, Paradox).
• Sourcing certifications (AIRS, LinkedIn) are a plus.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across EMEA and globally.
