You will partner with senior stakeholders, craft hiring strategies, and coach peers in sourcing and assessment in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex hires across commercial and business functions.
• Hands-on player-coach, coaching colleagues and improving team capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior decision-makers and cross-functional partners.
• Advanced direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience using Greenhouse for workflow management and reporting.
• Excellent English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and director-level roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support.
• Translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies and role profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using market research and direct sourcing.
• Facilitate kick-offs, calibrations, and hiring discussions with stakeholders.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues and support priority searches.
• Manage senior-level candidate relationships, offers, and sensitive conversations.
• Maintain recruitment records and reporting in Greenhouse for visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing workflows and candidate experience.
