Channable is seeking a dedicated hiring partner to run the full hiring cycle for our Operations, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams across Utrecht and international offices. You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a high-quality candidate experience, while continuously improving our processes and embracing AI and automation.

Competenze

• 3-5 years recruiting experience (in-house preferred).
• Track record hiring across commercial/operations roles.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries or markets.
• Strong stakeholder advisory skills. English written and verbal fluency.

Mansioni

• Own the full hiring journey for Operations, Support, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales roles.
• Build relationships with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Follow established hiring processes and identify opportunities to improve them.
• Manage workload with realistic timelines and clear priorities to preserve quality.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting.
• Contribute to improvements in candidate experience, process efficiency and use of AI/automation.
• Develop employer branding strategy and initiatives.
