Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for GTM and sales across EMEA from Amsterdam. This 12-month hybrid fixed-term contract includes three days in the Amsterdam office and a close partnership with business leaders to source top talent quickly and with a quality focus.

You will own sourcing strategies, manage stakeholders, improve processes, and deliver strong candidate experiences.

Hybrid in Amsterdam

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Amsterdam (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring

• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
