Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting operations across EMEA, with a primary focus on interview coordination for corporate roles in the Netherlands and sourcing for retail positions.

In partnership with the TA team, Hiring Managers and HR, you will ensure smooth, efficient interview logistics across time zones, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and contribute to high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in recruiting coordination or HR ops.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries in EMEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across EMEA and globally, multi-stage processes.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for retail and corporate roles.
• Maintain ATS records and support job postings and hiring activities.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR across regions.
• Improve recruiting processes using data and insights.
