Job summary

SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior GTM Engineer to own outbound revenue infrastructure across client accounts, combining data, automation, AI, and deliverability. You will lead technically, set standards, and mentor teammates while advancing scalable GTM systems for B2B clients.

The role is full-time and remote within EU hours, collaborating with GTM Strategists, Campaign Managers, and fellow engineers to optimize ICP definitions, enrichment, sequencing, CRM sync, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, outbound operations, growth engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building outbound systems in B2B SaaS, GTM agency, consultancy, or fast-moving tech.
• Advanced experience with Clay, including enrichment workflows, Claygent, AI columns, waterfalls, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sending infrastructure, domain reputation, authentication, and inbox health.
• Experience designing campaigns around intent data and buying signals, not just static lists.
• Knowledge of modern GTM tooling ecosystem; curiosity about AI and automation tools.
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, JSON, automation platforms, and Python/JavaScript.
• Strong commercial mindset—ICPs, messaging, outbound performance, and pipeline impact.
• Excellent English communication and ability to explain tech clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end outbound systems from ICP through reporting.
• Develop Clay workflows, enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, and API integrations.
• Own and improve email deliverability infrastructure and reputation management.
• Design intent- and signal-based outbound systems using buying signals.
• Build automation workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to improve prospect research, qualification, and personalization.
• Test new AI and GTM tools to gain competitive advantage.
• Document GTM engineering workflows and standards; mentor others.
• Mentor junior/mid GTM Engineers and review workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
