Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales strategy managers to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own territory and quota design, build pipeline forecasts, and craft compelling battlecards and incentive proposals.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales strategy, GTM planning, or revenue leadership, and exceptional document craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with territory/quota ownership.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, battlecard development, and compensation/incentive design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design models for territory and quota, pipeline forecasts, and leadership review decks.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and perform win/loss analyses.
