Job summary

Ethos is hiring for a Director of Revenue Strategy to guide the design of sales models and compensation structures. The role focuses on shaping AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for strategic workflows.

You will own territory/quota design, forecast decks, and battlecards, while ensuring high-quality written communication across all outputs. This is a fully remote, flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quotas.
• Fluency with forecasting, battlecard development, and compensation plan proposals.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
• Develop territory/quota design models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Lead go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products.
• Produce win/loss analyses and compensation/incentive proposals.
