Job summary

Monograph is seeking a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of GTM, data and sales. You will build infrastructure to understand, reach, and convert customers while collaborating with Sales and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities include owning the sales tech stack, building intelligence systems, automating the revenue engine, and integrating tools like HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, and Pocus. Remote-friendly with heavy 0→1 building potential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical grounding and automation skills.
• Experience connecting tools and automating revenue workflows.
• Ability to own end-to-end GTM data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales technology stack and data infrastructure for GTM.
• Build intelligence systems for market signals and ICPs.
• Automate revenue engine through alerts and data pipelines.
