Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced sales operations strategists to help design and refine AI-enabled document, spreadsheet, and slide workflows. You will own territory and quota design, forecast decks, and compensation proposals while shaping GTM plans for new segments or products.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start and compensation of $100/hour. Excellent written communication and document craftsmanship are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology and sales battlecard development.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products; support win/loss analyses and incentive structures.
