Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or marketing/sales operations.
• Deep technical proficiency with HubSpot and automation platforms.
• Experience developing AI-driven workflows and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the tech stack and optimize customer intelligence processes.
• Design workflows for Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
• Translate operational requirements into business outcomes.
