Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced GTM strategists to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote opportunity requires 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership, with 5–20 hours per week and compensation of $100/hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows such as territory/quota design, battlecards, forecast decks, launch plans, win/loss analyses, and incentive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology, sales battlecard development, and compensation/incentive design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: territory/quota design models, sales battlecards, and pipeline forecast decks.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products and contribute to compensation plan proposals.
