PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Group Sales Manager to own the Groups segment across six Dutch hotels. You will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, proactive business development, and strong relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Group Sales, Hotel Sales, MICE Sales, or a similar commercial hospitality role.
• Strong track record of generating, negotiating, and converting high-value group business.
• Experience managing corporate, agency, MICE, production, creative or international accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive Groups sales strategy across six hotels in the Netherlands, driving revenue, market share, and commercial performance
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate, MICE, agency, production, creative, fashion, and leisure group accounts
• Identify, source, negotiate, and convert new group business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building
• Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to contracting and post-stay account management
• Build partnerships with corporate bookers, travel management companies, destination management companies, agencies, and production companies
• Represent the PPHE portfolio through client meetings, trade shows, and site inspections
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations teams to maximise conversion
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans to meet revenue targets
• Mentor junior sales team members as Groups specialist in the Dutch cluster
