Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Amsterdam is seeking a Groups & Events Sales Executive to manage the complete sales journey for groups, meetings and events. You will qualify leads, present tailored proposals and coordinate event delivery with hotel teams.

You will collaborate with Operations, Revenue and Finance to maximize hotel revenue, while building lasting client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities across rooms, F&B and services.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in groups, meetings, events or hotel sales.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, commercially minded and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for groups, meetings, conferences and events.
• Qualify incoming leads by understanding client requirements, budget and objectives.
• Respond to enquiries promptly via phone, email, and face-to-face conversations.
• Conduct site visits/show rounds and present rooms and services with confidence.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across bedrooms, meeting spaces, F&B and services.
• Negotiate with clients within the hotel’s commercial and operational strategy.
• Coordinate all event details from confirmation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue, Finance and other departments to exceed client expectations.
