Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Group Sales Manager to lead the Groups segment across six hotels in the Netherlands. You will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, proactive business development, and strong partnerships with corporate bookers, agencies, and production companies.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with revenue and marketing teams, and mentor junior sales members to maximize conversion and opportunities in the Dutch portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Group Sales or hotel sales with a track record of growth.
• Experience managing corporate, MICE, agency, production or international accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive Groups sales strategy across six Dutch hotels.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value group accounts across segments.
• Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to contracting and post-stay account management.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Operations and cross-functional teams.
