Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–9 years of B2B sales and key account management experience.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Ability to sell complex engineered solutions to OEM customers across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Technical background preferred for collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic account plans for global OEM customers to drive long-term growth.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored Eaton solutions.
• Lead multi-country account coordination across EMEA and global teams.
• Own the customer relationship across operations, management, and executives.
• Forecast, manage the sales pipeline, and guide quotes end-to-end.
• Mentor local account managers and promote cross-functional collaboration.
