Zusammenfassung

Eaton seeks a Customer Quality Manager to lead the Data Center and Electrical Solutions quality interface across the region, including the Netherlands and Germany. You will drive customer escalations, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional problem resolution to deliver measurable improvements.

You will mentor Quality Engineers, collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and sales, and travel ~30% across the region, spending 1–2 days weekly in Hengelo for site activities.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in Customer Quality or related fields, with exposure to electrical products or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in customer quality management, complaint resolution, and root-cause analysis.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer quality management for Data Center and ESS with strong executive presence.
• Coach and develop the Quality Engineers team; mentor on 8D, Six Sigma, and auditing.
• Manage escalations, drive cross-functional problem resolution, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Conduct customer-site and supplier audits; maintain relationships with sales and technical support teams.
• Lead problem-solving activities (8D, A3) and drive preventive quality improvements.
