Job summary

NKT in the Netherlands (Rotterdam) is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships across North and Central Europe, develop the regional pipeline for HVDC onshore, HVAC offshore and HVDC offshore solutions, and drive growth within international accounts.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Tender, Engineering, and Legal teams, travel 50–80 days/year, and report to the Senior Director, Sales NEUR.

Qualifications

• Ten years of international business experience in project-based settings.
• Knowledge of power transmission and power cable technology.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers
• Develop regional project pipeline and identify customer technology needs
• Maintain market, pricing, risk and pipeline information in CRM
• Prepare and implement account, business and sales plans across the region
• Support contract negotiations and convert opportunities into orders
