Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic global OEM relationships in data center cooling markets across the EU, with a remote position central to the Netherlands and other EU countries.

You will develop account plans, translate customer needs into tailored solutions from Eaton’s PMCC portfolio, and collaborate across sales, product management, engineering and operations. A strong track record in B2B sales and data center cooling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Proven ability to sell complex engineered solutions into OEM customers, managing long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers, ensuring long-term growth.
• Identify and translate customer needs into tailored solutions aligned with Eaton’s product portfolio.
• Lead the implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements, ensuring successful delivery.
