Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT, consulting, and/or digital transformation.
• Consultative selling mindset, asking sharper questions than typical pitches.
• Experience navigating complex implementation journeys and right-shoring delivery models.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, with an established enterprise network is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Uncover strategic challenges for clients and shape tailored solutions.
• Guide clients from initial conversation to live deployment and lasting adoption.
• Collaborate with consultants, solution architects, and change specialists on delivery.
