Job summary

ElevenLabs in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the country’s largest enterprises. You will own multi‑stakeholder deals, translate AI voice technology into measurable value, and build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior buyers across Financial Services, Telecoms, Healthcare, and Utilities.

The role is remote‑first, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success closing multi‑stakeholder deals with C‑suite and senior buyers.
• Native or professional proficiency in Dutch; strong English for internal collaboration.
• Experience selling to regulated Dutch industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of Dutch enterprise accounts across key verticals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs conversational AI can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for senior executives.
• Develop account strategies to expand presence within enterprise verticals and navigate procurement processes.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
