Job summary
Yuma, a fast-growing Benelux digital transformation group, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the Netherlands. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, helping them navigate IT and business challenges and shape integrated AI transformation initiatives with clients.
You will own and grow a commercial pipeline, translate market trends into opportunities, lead proposals and negotiations, and build long-term partnerships across Yuma’s end-to-end capabilities.
Qualifications
- Has confirmed experience in commercial, strategic consulting or business development with IT landscape knowledge.
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver an annual commercial target by developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic accounts.
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies and translate them into growth opportunities for Yuma.
- Be accountable for revenue growth, order intake, profitability and account development; manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build integrated propositions across Yuma’s capabilities and ensure delivery.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations and long-term relationship management.
