Job summary
ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI research and product company, seeks an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Dutch enterprises. You will manage a portfolio of large accounts, close complex deals, and build executive-level relationships with stakeholders in Finance, IT, Legal, and Procurement.
You will leverage ElevenLabs’ AI voice technology and ElevenAgents platform to demonstrate business value, guide strategic initiatives, and expand presence in key industries
Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with AI exposure.
- Proven ability to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Dutch enterprise landscape with executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands.
- Identify new opportunities where ElevenLabs’ AI capabilities can drive engagement.
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases.
- Develop understanding of conversational AI landscape and use cases in regulated Dutch industries.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs’ presence.
- Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients' C‑suite and senior leaders.
