Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for Slack in the Netherlands. You will navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value to C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption and client success.

Fluent in Dutch and English, you will own strategic account plans, lead end-to-end deals, and expand the enterprise portfolio through net-new growth and upsell opportunities across the Dutch market.

Qualifications

• Account Planning to identify and qualify enterprise opportunities.
• Deep discovery to uncover friction points and goals with value hypotheses.
• Tailor value propositions addressing collaboration, automation, and AI needs.
• Fluent Dutch and English; articulate to Dutch leaders using multiple methods.
• Leverage internal tools and data to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce account team and partners for complex deals.
• Experience will be evaluated against core enterprise sales competencies.

Responsabilités

• Develop key stakeholder relationships in Netherlands enterprise accounts.
• Own long-term growth strategy aligned with customer transformation roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional resources.
• Perform thorough territory research to create a localized GTM plan within 30 days.
• Articulate Salesforce value to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction.
• Drive net-new growth, cross-sell, and upsell within assigned portfolio.
