Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise in Amsterdam, NL. You will own a portfolio of Dutch enterprise accounts, building strategic plans, engaging C-level stakeholders, and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.

You will work with Solution Consulting, Marketing and Partners to create pipeline, drive AI-enabled CX transformations and deliver measurable business outcomes for top customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing enterprise opportunities.
• Experience handling multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills.
• Bilingual business communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts in the Netherlands.
• Develop account strategies and maintain a healthy pipeline with executive engagement.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and closure.
• Forecast accurately and manage CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with partners, Solution Consulting and Customer Success to maximize value.
