Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) who speaks Dutch to join our solutions consulting team across the EMEA region. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in guiding solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership.

You will engage in discovery workshops, demonstrate product capabilities, and drive strategic programs for top accounts while aligning with customer needs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pre‑sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team across multiple industries.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate how our solution addresses needs.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts with customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
• Provide product feedback to inform enhancements that add value for customers.
• Share best practices and reusable assets to improve team quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
