Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Advisory / Presales Consultant in the Benelux region. You will lead advisory engagements, design actionable recommendations, and drive value creation with the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure senior stakeholder alignment. You will build proposals, create estimates, and guide opportunities through to deal closure, while embracing a hybrid work setup and cross‑functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or computer science.
• 10+ years of process experience.
• 6+ years ServiceNow experience.
• Understanding of enterprise Service Management concepts.
• Advanced ServiceNow product experience across key process areas.
• Multiple years in similar Presales roles.
• Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply a structured advisory methodology to assess a customer landscape and design actionable recommendations using ServiceNow.
• Identify value-creation opportunities within ServiceNow, including workflow digitization and operating-model improvements.
• Lead ServiceNow engagements or presales workstreams end-to-end with high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to proposals, estimates, and account team collaboration.
• Collaborate with clients and DXC teams to align business priorities with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Share best practices and contribute to internal knowledge bases and accelerators.
• Engage senior IT leaders to present options and secure buy-in for transformations.
