Job summary

DXC Technology in the Netherlands is seeking ServiceNow Consultants to join our ServiceNow Business Group. You will be part of an innovative team delivering platform solutions, engaging with customers, gathering requirements, and defining future states.

You will lead workshops, demonstrate platform capabilities, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentoring junior members, producing documentation, and training clients are important parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD or other areas).
• Experience consulting external customers.
• Knowledge of ITSM and agile frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and define current and desired state.
• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions and customer demonstrations.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
