Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant Pre-sales ERP (Dutch Speaking) to join our Netherlands-based team. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, Product Management and Partners to help organizations transform operations using modern Ambient ERP solutions.

You will translate business needs into ERP capabilities, lead executive engagements and deliver high-impact demonstrations that showcase measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software, ERP, Financial Management or related technology domains.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills for C-suite and senior decision makers.
• Ability to connect technology capabilities with business outcomes and transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery with executive and operational stakeholders to understand transformation objectives.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling ERP solution strategies and outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that address customer priorities and measurable value.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to Product Management and Marketing.
• Support customer decisions through RFPs, RFIs and business case development.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market strategies.
