Job summary

Eye Security, The Hague-based cybersecurity scale-up, seeks a leader to unite cyber insurance product development with carrier management across Europe. You’ll oversee the insurance portfolio and MGA partnerships, shaping scalable solutions for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and beyond, integrating Cyber Guard and incident response services.

Qualifications

• Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in EU markets.
• Several years of cyber product experience in underwriting/claims.
• Understanding of cyber compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Entrepreneurial, structured and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Confidence negotiating with customers and partners.
• Fluency in English and German or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop cyber insurance products for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets.
• Coordinate external partners where needed.
• Monitor market, carrier and broker trends, and update product wordings accordingly.
• Support the underwriting team and customers with legal and insurance-related questions.
• Identify compliance risks across markets and implement compliant solutions.
• Drive modular product concept and scale processes through automation.
• Lead carrier management from a legal and strategic perspective.
• Negotiate and oversee MGA agreements in the EU and UK; manage capacity for SMEs and large risks.
• Build stable carrier base and oversee MGA agreements renewals and a claims management function.
