Job summary

Eye Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to shape positioning of MDR/XDR solutions in Europe. Own product marketing strategy, messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market, collaborating with Product, Commercial and Security Operations to translate complex tech into clear client value.

You will lead positioning, create compelling content, and drive launches while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing in cybersecurity.
• Ability to define product messaging and go-to-market in complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of MDR, EDR, IR and related technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with bias for action and high agency.
• Experience in remote, fast-growing environments with strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
• Fluent English; German language (C2) is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning framework and value propositions for cybersecurity offerings.
• Define go-to-market strategies for new product launches and service updates.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, training, battlecards, case studies, and product guides.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence to inform positioning and product strategy.
