Job summary

Eye Security seeks a dynamic leader to drive MSP partnerships across Europe. You will recruit, coach and scale a partner network, shaping enablement programs and co-sell strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to align goals, optimize partner performance, and expand into new markets while traveling up to 50% to visit partners and attend events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel.
• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own MSP partnerships, recruit partners, coach your team and scale operations for channel-led revenue growth.
• Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create enablement programs.
• Redefine partner recruitment, onboarding and management processes, especially in new markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to align goals and resources.
• Monitor partner performance and continuously optimize productivity and profitability.
