Job summary

Eye Security seeks a dynamic leader to drive MSP partnerships across Europe. You will recruit, coach and scale a partner network, shaping enablement programs and co-sell strategies to accelerate revenue growth.

You will collaborate with sales and marketing to align goals, optimize partner performance, and expand into new markets while traveling up to 50% to visit partners and attend events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel.
• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus.

Your Role at Eye

• Lead and Own MSP Partnerships: Manage the complete channel portfolio, recruit new partners, coach and develop your team, and scale operations to drive channel-led revenue growth.

• Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create partner enablement programs.

• Improve Channel Strategy: Redefine processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, particularly in new markets.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, execution plans, and resource allocation.

• Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, implement enforcement mechanisms where needed, and continuously optimize partner productivity and profitability.
  

Who You Are

• 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or
  channel.

• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.

• Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage background.

• Fluency in Dutch language is required; German fluency is considered a plus.

• You're comfortable with ambiguity, are proactive and results driven.

• You're a team player and thrive in a scale-up environment.

• You are willing to travel 50% of the time to visit partners or be present on events.
