Eye Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands, seeks a Channel Lead Benelux & Nordics (m/f/x) in The Hague with a hybrid arrangement. You will lead MSP partnerships, recruit and coach partners, and scale channel-led revenue across Benelux and Nordics.

The role requires 6+ years in sales/business development with leadership, Dutch fluency, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel.
• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus.

Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute partner business plans, design co-sell strategies, and create partner enablement programs. Improve Channel Strategy: Redefine processes for partner recruitment, onboarding, and management, particularly in new markets. Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, implement enforcement mechanisms where needed, and continuously optimize partner productivity and profitability. Who You Are 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel. Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales. Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage background. Fluency in Dutch language is required; German fluency is considered a plus. You're comfortable with ambiguity, are proactive and results driven. You're a team player and thrive in a scale-up environment.
