Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a senior role to unify cyber insurance products with our MGA partnerships across Europe. You’ll shape the insurance portfolio, scale processes through automation and drive carrier management.

You’ll bring deep knowledge of cyber insurance law, multi-jurisdictional compliance, and the ability to negotiate with carriers. A strategic, independent, growth-driven mindset is essential for success in this fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.

Qualifications

• Strong legal knowledge of cyber insurance in EU markets.
• Experience with cyber products, underwriting and/or claims handling.
• Understanding of cyber regulatory requirements and incident response.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Confident negotiation with customers and partners; strong ownership.
• Fluent in English and German or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Product management: develop cyber insurance products for Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and other markets; coordinate external partners.
• Monitor market trends and update policy wordings accordingly.
• Support underwriting and customers on legal/insurance questions.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks across jurisdictions.
• Drive modular product concepts and scale with automation.
• Carrier management: lead legal/strategic aspects, negotiate MGA agreements in EU/UK; manage SME and large risk capacity.
• Build a stable carrier base and oversee MGA agreements and renewals.
• Develop a claims management function aligned with profitability.
