yohrs.co.uk is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers in the Netherlands. You will lead onboarding, monitor health metrics, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful deployments.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders from operations to executive leadership, drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related role.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive retention, growth and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and executive-level engagement skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to identify trends and risks.
