Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Manager, Customer Success Managers based in the Netherlands. You will lead a 4–6 person team supporting enterprise customers across EMEA and APAC, coaching through renewals, churn risk, and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Customer Success, with 1–2 years in direct management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS across lifecycle from onboarding to renewal/expansion.
• Experience in tech, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Proven success in net revenue retention and forecasts.
• Ability to improve CS processes and playbooks with measurable results.
• Experience across EMEA; multi-time-zone management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CS platforms (Planhat/Gainsight), Salesforce, Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC.
• Support renewals, manage churn risks, and discuss expansions.
• Interview, train, and onboard new CSMs for ramp-up.
• Address performance gaps with senior leadership.
• Monitor renewals, product usage, and churn risks for forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Improve CS processes, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Ensure accurate customer data in Salesforce and Planhat.
