Your goal will be to make sure customers get maximum value from the platform. You’ll focus on retention, growth, and delivering real results while building strong, trust-based relationships with your accounts.
You’ll be seen as the expert - someone who knows the product inside and out, and who can guide customers toward success, every step of the way.
You’re likely based within an hour of the Arnhem office. During your first 3 months, you’ll be expected to work in-office 3–5 days a week. After that, 2–3 days a week is the norm.
You have 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. You’ve got a track record of keeping customers happy, growing accounts, and consistently hitting retention and expansion goals.
