Job summary

Workiva Netherlands BV is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead post-sale relationships and drive value for named accounts. You will maximize ROI by onboarding, training, and supporting customers throughout their journey, collaborating with Services, Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure ongoing adoption.

You will guide customers through best practices, manage risks, and deliver value-driven business reviews, with up to 10% travel and flexible remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in customer success, customer service, account management, or sales.
• Experience supporting a SaaS application preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex problems clearly and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI for customers.
• Consult on best practices, workflows, and business reviews.
• Develop multi-level relationships across customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts and escalate promptly.
• Maintain customer journey milestones with Success Plans.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Educate customers on using the Workiva Platform.
• Track communications, issues and metrics with customer management tools.
