Design and optimise high-impact multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app platforms, while advancing AI-driven engagement strategies and ensuring brand-aligned messaging for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in multi-channel CRM marketing across Email, Push, and In-App campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven segmentation and retention focus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence local and global teams.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and leading teams.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise high-impact multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
• Lead A/B testing and data analysis to improve retention metrics.
• Streamline CRM processes and campaign workflows across markets.
• Experiment with new CRM technologies and AI-driven engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with data, product, and brand teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned messaging.
• Onboard and mentor junior team members to uphold quality standards.
• Guard CRM best practices and ensure error-free execution.
• Autonomously lead strategic CRM projects from segmentation to cross-channel innovation.
